What's the difference?

Both Asset Management and Maintenance Contracting are terms that refer to services relating to the work that must be done on our roads and bridges to ensure they remain safe and reliable in the future. Though the terms are synonymous, commercial owners use the title Asset Management. DOTs and munincipalities generally call this type of service Maintenance Contracting.

We have been actively engaged in maintenance contracting since 1995. Two of our main projects are with VDOT’s Staunton District & Virginia’s Maintenance Services (VMS).
